If you were looking for a new breakcore artist to listen to, this is your lucky day. I found their twitter jsut in time to catch the announcement of a very solid release, into the cyberspace. it's got all the sounds you could ask for, with a mix of breakcore, drum and bass and a bit of trance/techno. She released a twitlonger article on the significance of her album and it's worth the read. you can find it here
MANAPOOL released Silent Core: Infinity Construct just yesterday!
Blending sounds like trance, jungle, neuro and hardcore, it's an album with a beautiful mix of euphoric, dissociative, and powerful and in-your-face moments. This is music
i see myself seriously enjoying both on a long night drive and a hot day at the track. my personal favorites have to be TempleOS and The World Looking Back at You. The World
really speak to me and my tastes especially, and the mix between drawn and melodramatic with up-front in-your face breaks is a treat for the ears. It includes a remix of
Gavira.Demi by Baseck which is an amazing break inspired remix of Gavira.
Raw with a lot of twists and vibes, this is another solid break inspired release from this weekend. Consistent with the sounds i love it features dysphoric trancy melodies, loud chopped breaks and an uptempo tone. my two favorite tracks on this album were 'The Aerials Can't Reach Me' and the one with the name that's track 9 (ignorance moment). I'm a sucker for dolls and I'm a sucker for breakcore. this had me roped in from the beginning. I could see myself reaching for this album on a 40 hr coding rampage any day of the week.
I decided that sticking to a schedule would do disservice to myself because i jsut don't work like that. im constantly finding music throughout this adventure and i dont see artists holding their releases to make my silly list, so when i feel like i have enough to shout out, i'll make a post!
I don't know how yall feel about this silly thing but this project has been my outlet through a flurry of rough times in my lives. I wouldn't be here without the music i play and the artists i discuss on the site. I want each and every artist that sees themselves here to know i love and appreciate your hard work and dedication to providing the world with amazing music. I have more mushy feelings but they're not my style so i'll end this with a sincere thank you from everyone at SadGirlsClub :3
